The situation
A bathroom remodeling contractor running two geographically separate markets off one site. Near-zero Search Console visibility in mid-March. 48 organic clicks across 90 days, flat. 272 programmatic service-location pages built but sitting unindexed. Mobile time-to-interactive of 33 seconds.
What we found and fixed
The programmatic pages weren't indexed because the templated content was too thin for Google to justify crawling. We diagnosed the indexation blocker, addressed catastrophic mobile performance, identified that GA4 was firing events but tracking zero conversions, and flagged total absence from the map pack despite organic positions of 2–3.
The results
GSC, March → June 2026
- From near-zero visibility to 100–260 impressions/day in under 90 days
- #1 for "boca raton bathroom remodeling" — a high-intent commercial term in a market where competitors hold every map pack slot
The honest part: rankings hit #1 but clicks stayed at zero on those terms. That's a title and snippet problem, not a ranking problem — and it's the next thing we fixed. We'd rather show you that than crop it out.
